RESERVATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
TRAVEL AGENCY REGULATIONS
To reconfirm a reservation, a copy of the voucher should be sent with the guest upon entering the hotel.
GROUP DEPOSITS
The minus number of rooms that is offered for groups are five or more. To guarantee the reservations, one must do the following:
1. Agencies and wholesalers with have credit with our hotel, should send a copy of the voucher to guarantee the group-reservation. We would be able to charge the copy of amount of the stay of the group.
2. Agencies and wholesalers without any credit with the hotel should pre-pay the total amount of the stay of the group:
a) 30 days before the arrival of the group during our high-season.
b) 17 days before the arrival of the group during our low season.
When the reservations is made with more then three months before arrival, regarding the high season, and the agency or wholesaler does not have any credit, we require a deposit a 50% 15 days after the reservations is made, and the other 50% 45 days before the arrival of the group.
INDIVIDUALS RESERVATION DEPOSITS
Any agency that does not have approved credit should pay in full for the reservation in order to reconfirm the reservation otherwise it is not guarantee that the rooms will be available.
a) Agencies and wholesales with credit to the hotel send a copy of the voucher with the reservation.
b) Personal reservation should be guarantee with personal credit card and a special reservation form of acceptance in case of a no show.
